Stereophonics release their new single, ‘C’est La Vie’, from their forthcoming ninth studio album, ‘Keep The Village Alive’, due September 11th on their own Stylus Records label through Ignition Records.
Brand new single ‘C’est La Vie’, is a breath of fresh air, petrol charged and whip smart. The accompanying video once again directed by Kelly Jones, his sixth successive video direction for the band, Kelly collaborated with acclaimed cinematographer John Conroy (Broadchurch, Fortitude, Luther) and sees Antonia Thomas (Misfits, Sunshine on Leith), Aneurin Barnard (Hunky Dory, Ironclad) and Mathew Aubrey (Made In Dagenham, Just Jim) all star.

‘Keep The Village Alive’ comes hot on the heels of the acclaimed, platinum selling ‘Graffiti On The Train’ (2013) and once again Kelly Jones has written all the songs and shared production duties with long time collaborator Jim Lowe. The album was recorded at ICP Studios in Brussels and at Stylus Studios in London.
Since winning a Brit Award for Best New Group in 1998 Stereophonics have gone from strength to strength, consistently delivering outstanding music over several decades, a band consistently at the very top of their game.
They are the eighth group to achieve five consecutive UK number one albums – the others being The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, ABBA, Genesis, Oasis, Blur and U2.
