Vadoinmessico are a 5 piece band from several corners of the Earth residing in London and playing beautiful, nostalgic, psychedelic folk-pop.
They have recorded and produced their debut album ‘Archaeology of The Future’ themselves, with some additional mixing by mix engineer Craig Silvey (Arcade Fire, Portishead, etc).

Archaeology of The Future is a debut album created with an exotic mix of instruments, Latin and African rhythms, matched with haunting and catchy melodies making the band both alternative and pop in turns.

2011 saw Vadoinmessico support Anna Calvi at Bush Hall in London, picking up strong support from Radio DJs in the UK such as Huw Stephens on Radio 1, and John Kennedy on XFM.

2012 kicks off with several performances at Eurosonic, a show for HMV Next Big Thing in London, and the band are looking forward to their first appearance at WOMAD in the Summer along with a host of festival appearances and tours both in the UK and Europe. (Full PR attached)
